Colarus was founded by Mothem on January 9th, 2026 and declared independence that same day. Colarus is an autocratic republic, with the Founding Charters acting as the supreme law until new legislation is enacted. The state operates with two secretaries and two ministries, overseeing governance, foreign relations, and finance. Colarus seeks to establish diplomatic relations with other nations.
